The excitement is building for our staff here at Real Women of Gaming. Togethercon is one of our favorite events. Two whole days filled with panels, workshops, vendors, anime and horror movies. We look forward to this all year!

All of our events are big and dear to us but Togethercon really is special. In 2020 we were all scared. Nothing was certain and, for many of us, the social parts of our lives had gotten very small. We all understood but needed ways to gather. To feel that comfort again. To show off cosplays. To talk about games. To be together. 

So we took a chance. To try to run a one day virtual convention. We had been utilizing virtual ways to hang out and wanted to share that with others. To give people a safe space to gather in at least some form. To feel the safety of just being with others. 

In true Real Women of Gaming fashion the event has grown since then. We are now in our fourth year. We have extended it to two days. We have opened up opportunities to others for panels and workshops. At its core, though, Togethercon is the same: a safe place for people to be together online. To find comradery.

Togthercon will be taking place on April 27th and April 28th. Staff will be around all weekend to help you however we can to make sure that we all have the best weekend possible.
