Meet Fluffy the Necromancer

So where does your Gamertag/Alias come from? A friend suggested Fluffy, saying I looked fluffy w/ my beard, and Necromancer because it is the best Wizard subclass.

What was the first game you were passionate about? D&D

What was your first console? I had a Commodore 128 when I was in high school.

What is/are the game(s) that got you into gaming? Vinni the Troll introduced me to D&D SOO many years ago.

When & Why did you fall in love with gaming? 1985/86. I loved being able to do so many amazing things in the games. For Console/PC games it was Everquest. Just everything about it was amazing.

If you had a superpower, which would it be? The ability to speak, and understand all languages.

What is an interest of yours outside of gaming? Reading, Movies, Boardgames.

What is something you love that not everyone knows? I absolutely LOVE the entirety of the Dune books and the movies.

What’s a video/tabletop game that you would recommend to people who don’t play video/tabletop games? The Mass Effect series.

For the TTRPG players among us, who is your favorite character that you’ve created, and why? My Necromancer/Fighter I played in one of our persistent campaigns. He even got turned into an NPC by the DM and another character I played ran into him in a different campaign that took place 100’s of years in that world future.

You are stuck in a board game/video game/ttrpg. Which is it and why? Everquest. I may leave playing it for a bit but it always draws me back time after time.

Who/What inspires you? Danny Trejo. The man is the embodiment of showing how you can change your life for the better no matter how bad you think it is.

Where can we find you outside of RWoG? In the RWoG or Chamber of Roleplay discords.

I am a Mom, Wife, Mental Health Advocate, Gamer, and Variety Streamer. I hate talking about myself but that is what this is here for so, let’s chat. I started Real Women of Gaming as a Facebook page and watched it grow over the years. Every year I am more proud of the work we do and the people I am surrounded by. These are amazing people that I wouldn’t trade for the world.
